When you submit the reservation form, we collect your full name, phone number, requested date/time, number of guests, and any notes you add. We also place a small cookie ("site_lang") in your browser to remember your language preference.
This information is used solely to receive your reservation request, contact you to confirm it, and accommodate any special requests (allergies, seating preferences, etc.). It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes or sold.
Reservation records are kept in our business records for a reasonable period (typically up to 1 year) and are periodically reviewed, with older records removed.
